How many times a week should I work out?
Any movement is good movement How many times you can commit to working out will depend entirely upon your individual circumstances. Life is busy but we have found if you book your classes this helps with staying accountable. Where possible we recommend a minimum of 2 days per week to ensure your body reaps the
