Hi I'm Phoebe, founder of Valley HIIT.

Health, fitness and self care has always been a passion of mine, however it wasn't until I became a mum that I truly recognised the challenges women go through to maintain physical and mental wellbeing once they have children.

Once I experienced this myself and encountered my own mind and body challenges, I was Inspired to create a space where women can come together and share their journey.

A space where we can collaborate and inspire one another to achieve our physical goals; whatever they may be.


In my experience I've learnt a lot about what bodies need from a training perspective and so my approach to training is 100% results focused.  Training with me is fun and challenging yet designed to ensure you have the best possible workout toward your fitness goals. I believe Health & Fitness is a lifestyle choice, not a seasonal approach.

Every woman’s goal is unique to her own needs, yours will differ from the goals of the women next to you. I recognise and understand this.

My passion lies in personalising your training specifically to suit YOU, your body, your goals and your life.
