Small Group Classes

A variety of Strength, Cardio and Endurance classes to help you achieve all your fitness goals. Here at Valley HIIT we like to keep it funky and fresh using Circuits, AMRAPS, Tabata & Bootcamp style workouts. We love to have fun in these classes and group motivation here is key to enjoying your workout and staying accountable to your workout buddies.

We offer a welcoming and supportive environment and encourage all levels to join whether you’re brand new to exercise or have been working out for years, our space and coaching caters to all.

Class times range from 30-60mins with a warm up and cool down stretch to finish.
